How Do I See My Payments?
In order to see your past payments, please register on our website on the “My Account” link. You will need to create an account with your email. Once registered, an email will be sent with a password. Please secure the password for logging in for later payments.
Can I Make a Full Yearly Payment for my Team Dues?
Yes. You can make a Yearly payment. Please go to our “Yearly Payment” link. Once paid, you will see your payment history in your member area.
Where can I find more information on Cooperstown Fees, etc?
If your player is 12 years old, we are happy to let you know we strive to go to Cooperstown yearly! Make sure all documents are signed and sent in and dues are paid. Want to learn more? Go here: All About Cooperstown!
How Do I Keep Up-to-Date with My Team Games?
We are happy to let you know we use Team Snap (http://www.TeamSnap.com). Please download from your mobile phone app store. When you become a player for the Saddleback Cowboys, we will send you an email invitation. Please follow the instructions on the email. From there you will log into the app an see practice schedules, games and more.
Where can I make my Travel Ball Tournament payment?
If your travel ball tournament fees are due, and you signed the “recurring billing” form, your payment has already been charged based on the credit card on file. If however, you are paying manually, please go here: Tournament Payment Area
How Do I Upload All Parent/Player Documents?
To keep all our documents in order per each team/player, we have elected to use Dropbox. You will receive and invitation to be part of the Saddleback Cowboys Dropbox account wherein you can upload all documents.
